Storefront General Settings
This page contains all the information necessary to understand the general settings of the storefront.
To edit the settings of your Storefront, go to Setup → Administration → System Options → Storefront Configuration
Initially, set the Storefront Page Title. This is the title of your Storefront home page, and the name that appears on the tab of the browser when visiting your Storefront.
URL Settings
Storefront Base URL - The address of your Storefront
Storefront Alias - In this field, specify the folder where the site is located.
Storefront Host Header - If this is enabled, the value of the Alias is used as the Storefront Host Header, and replaces the Base URL.
Setup Settings
The Setup Settings section contains various basic options for your Storefront.
Default Language - The default language of your Storefront
Default Currency - The currency the product prices appear in, if the user has not made a selection
Storefront Initial Page - You may select to set either the Home Page or the Dashboard as the initial page. For more details on the Dashboard, please see this page: Storefront Dashboards
Include Taxes in Prices - Enabling this option shows the prices on the Storefront with the taxes included
Display Invoices - Enable this option to display invoices and the customer’s balance in the Storefront. Please see the following page for more information on the balance: Viewing the Account Statement in the Storefront
Display My Workspace - This option controls whether the My Workspace tab appears in the general menu of the Storefront. If it is disabled, it will affect your Storefront and all your Standard Edition reseller Storefronts meaning that the Storefront users will not be able to access their My Workspace page or the Manage Services from the Admin Panel. By default, this option is enabled.
Sub customers billing address - Enable this option to ensure that your resellers enter a valid billing address for their end customers during checkout. For more information, please see the page: Request a Valid Billing Address for the End Customers of your Resellers
Show Retail Prices - The prices shown in your Storefront are the prices you have defined in the pricelist of the reseller. You can select to display your retail prices, to allow resellers to compare them. For more information, please see the page: Display the Retail Prices to Resellers
Separate invoices per sub customer - Select whether to issue separate invoices for every sub customer. For more information, please see: Generating Separate Invoices Per End Customer
Anonymous Access
Allow users to visit and browse your Storefront without having to log in. Please see the page Enable Anonymous Access for more information.
Allow self-registration - Allow users to register themselves, rather than having to register each user manually. For more information, please see the page: Enable Users Self-Registration
Requires Approval - Enable this option to receive notifications and grant or deny approval for user registration applications. For more information, please see the page:Activating Approval Step for self-registered users
Show prices to anonymous visitors including the tax - Enable this option and specify the tax type and the percentage to display to users who have not logged in. This option is only available if the option Include Taxes in Prices has been enabled in the previous section.
Self-Registration
In this section, you can specify the options that apply to customers who register through the Storefront, provided that the option Allow self-registration, described above, has been enabled.
Payment Method - Set the default payment method for self-registered users. For self-registered users, we strongly suggest selecting a payment method that requires payment using a credit card. For more information on payment methods, please refer to this page: Payment Methods
Enable Prorate Billing - Check to enable prorate billing for self-registered users and specify the billing day. For self-registered users, we strongly suggest having this option unchecked for enforcing our system to generate an invoice on basket checkout and request payment for the completion of the order.
Partial Charges Invoicing - If the previous option is selected, specify whether to issue invoices for partial charges on the billing day or the order day
Auto Invoice Notification - If this option is selected, an automated invoice notification message will be dispatched to the customer(s).
Allow Registration of Resellers - If this option is selected, resellers can register by themselves.
Currency that customers pay with - Specify the default currency for self-registered users
Sections Activation
In this section you can enable the following options:
Suggestions to customers - Select whether to display suggested products in a separate section. Products are suggested based on buying behavior, or complementary products. Please see the page Enabling Cross Selling for more information.
Enable Most Popular Products Section - Set whether to display the most popular products in a separate section. Product popularity will be calculated based on the contents of orders. within the time period specified.
Enable New Products Section - Select whether to display products marked as new in a separate section.
Optimization Options (caching)
We support two levels of caching for increasing Storefront performance:
Level 1: Storefront Configuration 24 hours caching
By enabling this caching option, the following settings are cached:
Banners (for all users)
Custom footer (for all users)
Navigation Menu (only for anonymous users)
Product Catalogue folders on the home page (only for anonymous users)
Level 2: Storefront Configuration & Anonymous Access 24-hour caching
By enabling this option, the following settings are cached:
All Level 1 settings.
The products in offers, new, features, and popular home page sections (only for anonymous users).
The products in "Apps & Services" section (only for anonymous users).
Google Analytics
Activate Google Analytics for your Storefront in this section.

Google Analytics includes features that can help users identify trends and patterns in how visitors engage with their websites. It features data collection, analysis, monitoring, visualization, reporting and integration with other applications.

CAPTCHA
In this section, you can activate Google reCAPTCHA or Friendly Captcha for your Storefront registration page.
Google reCAPTCHA and Friendly Captcha are free services that protect your website from spam and abuse. An advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive CAPTCHAs are used to keep automated software from engaging in abusive activities on your site, while valid users are not inconvenienced.

You may select to display the CAPTCHA in the registration section or the login section of the Storefront, or both.
