The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for your Storefront can be set by going to Setup → Administration → System Options → Storefront Configuration → Privacy Policy & Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy

• Display Privacy Policy in Registration Page - Select whether to display the privacy policy to users who are applying to register on your Storefront

• Privacy Policy Statement - Enter the privacy policy statement to display. Use the [PrivacyPolicy] parameter to display a link to your privacy notice.

• Privacy Notice - Enter the privacy notice for your Storefront.

The privacy policy contains information regarding compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In order to use the website, customers must provide their consent for their personal data to be stored and used in accordance to the GDPR.
