Storefront Users Can now set the Renewal Option for their Subscriptions
With this release, your Storefront users can decide whenever a subscription will be renewed or not. Your customers can now enable or disable the auto-renewal simply by clicking on the respective toggle switch.
The status of auto-renewal of a subscription can also be checked under the Subscriptions table list in Storefront.
Please check the Subscription Auto-Renewal Management via the Storefront page for more information.
Import Microsoft Subscriptions for Existing Customers
One of the functionalities of the Import Customers Tool, is that it can import new customers along with their subscriptions into BSS. From this release, it can also update the existing customers' BSS accounts with new subscriptions that were created on the Microsoft Partner Center, and need to be imported onto our platform. This means that the tool can now distinguish existing customers from new customers and adjust its importing options accordingly. As a result, this new functionality of the tool offers quick and accurate import of data from the Microsoft Partner Center to the BSS platform for easier control and management of those subscriptions via our platforms.

Acronis MSPs that utilize the interworks.cloud hybrid pricing plan for Pay-Per-Use (PPU) Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud products can now offer your customers the flexibility of upgrading and downgrading their existing hybrid pricing plans. You, as an MSP, can create as many custom Acronis hybrid pricing plans as you wish, with different monthly Fixed Prices and different markup/margin pricing, based on your commercial policy and the monthly cost consumption rates of your customers. Accordingly, your resellers or customers can upgrade their subscription to a higher or downgrade it to a lower pricing Fixed Price plan and match their current spending needs.
