“Partner Attestation” Required from Indirect Providers in the Microsoft CSP Program after 21/02/2022
Microsoft runs on trust and is committed to providing a compliant, safe, and secure method of transacting customer subscriptions in the CSP program.
⚠️Breaking change:
Indirect partners cannot complete purchases without first attesting that they're acting as direct or indirect providers.
Partner attestation requires acknowledgment on behalf of the organization: "I confirm that my organization is acting as an indirect partner when choosing a reseller and as a direct partner in the absence of selecting a reseller."

Accept the Partner Attestation on each of your Microsoft Tier instances by the end of the 21th of February, UTC in order to continue transacting in the CSP.

“Hello Sign” Dropbox Products Are Available For Purchase in BSS & Storefront
The addition of Dropbox Hello Sign (eSignature) products to our systems empowers you to store, sign, and securely send business-critical documents and important agreements with an eSignature, from anywhere you work.
Just update your Dropbox service manager and the two Hello Sign products will become available in your products catalog, under the new product type named Hello Sign Subscriptions.

“Cyber Source” Payment Gateway is Now Available
From this release, intetworks.cloud platform supports credit card payments using the Cyber Source Payment Gateway. Once Cyber Source has been configured in your BSS, a new step is displayed during the Storefront checkout where the customer can securely enter his credit card details.

Notification Emails Available for Subscriptions & Add-ons with Quantity Changes
You are now able to be notified of quantity changes occurring to subscriptions of products and add-ons in the Storefront and the BSS platform. We are introducing two new systemic notifications to satisfy this exact need of gaining knowledge of such changes. Both notifications namely, Subscription's Quantity Changed and Add-on's Quantity Changed can be put to action immediately upon their activation.
