NCE Migration Tool Improvements
Several improvements have been implemented with this release regarding the NCE Migration Tool and its display capabilities. More specifically:
Νew rules are added to the migration tool that govern the availability of the Billing Frequency field, meaning that the Billing Frequency field becomes available for configuration only after the following four rules are all met:
The NCE product from Microsoft, offers by default a Billing Plan.
The NCE product, towards which the migration happens, has its Billing Frequency option enabled.
The Bill To Account, of the order, has the Billing Frequency option enabled inside the Account settings.
The BSS organization has the Billing Frequency option enabled inside its Microsoft Service Manager (instance) settings.
A different user experience is implemented inside the Results tab of the migration tool, depending on where the tool was initialized (BSS or Storefront). Therefore, the user interface displays the subscription IDs as hyperlinks for BSS users whereas for Storefront users it does not contain hyperlinks.
While checking an end-customer, in the tool, regardless of running the tool from either BSS or Storefront, you can witness the exact same results.
A new column called NCE PartnerCenter Subscriptions is added inside the Results tab of the migration tool which displays the id of the NCE Microsoft subscription in the Microsoft Partner Center.

Strings for the Upcoming Release Note
The following Excel file contains the latest strings for translation, based on their tag_name, for the upcoming release note 3.28.70.
Subscription “Billing Plan” Field Available In Reports & Notifications
A new field, called Billing Plan, is introduced with this release for the NCE Billing Plans. This field displays the subscriptions that have a monthly billing plan and it can be used in Reports, Notifications, Advanced Search, Email Templates, and Print-out Templates.

Upgraded Subscriptions Keep the Same Renewal Date
Subscriptions that are either fully or partially upgraded within a billing cycle, inherit the End Date (also known as renewal date) of the initial subscription along with any applicable price protection. On the next renewal of the billing cycle, the upgraded subscription will adapt the prorata date of the product resulting in a normal/full billing cycle from this point onwards.

Storefront Page Navigation Improvement
The pagination controls in Storefront, under the products list, containing the previous page and next page options now appear at the bottom right corner of the screen instead of the previous location which was the top right corner.
Localization and Translation Improvements in BSS & Storefront
Multiple improvements have been accomplished for the localization and translation capabilities of both BSS and Storefront affecting elements such as fields, buttons, and titles. Accordingly, the following new tags are introduced inside the translation tool so that BSS users can translate them based on whichever locale they wish.
