3.28.74 Release
With this release, the Storefront and BSS users are able to purchase more than one Adobe add-on on a single order, and the prices of each add-on are calculated based on the (volume discount) level of the account. This means that the (volume discount) level of the order will be calculated taking into consideration the total quantity of the add-ons of the order, cumulatively.

Introducing the New Microsoft Software Subscriptions
With this release, we are introducing the updated Microsoft Software Subscriptions, with which our customers are able to order Software Subscriptions in the form of subscription-based products instead of the former Software Subscriptions, which were in the form of Assets.
Furthermore, since certain legacy Software Subscriptions are still active and functional, we have created an automatic mechanism that will actively migrate those legacy subscriptions in the form of assets to the new subscriptions in the form of subscriptions, during this release.
Benefits from this transition:
Now, your Software Subscriptions will be aligned with Microsoft’s "seat-based subscription" logic and also the auto-renew functionality will be provided by default. This means that all Software subscriptions can be automatically renewed at their end date without manual handling.
Upcoming features and benefits:
The retrieval and import of cost and sell prices for those products will be automatic.
All available payment options will be supported and will provide better purchasing options for such products.
Please check the Microsoft Software Subscriptions page for more information.
Multiple Adobe Services Can Be Purchased At Once
With this release, the Storefront and BSS users are able to purchase more than one Adobe add-on on a single order, and the prices of each add-on are calculated based on the (volume discount) level of the account. This means that the (volume discount) level of the order will be calculated taking into consideration the account’s level and the total quantity of the add-ons of the order.
Please check the Adobe VIP MP Integration page for more information.
Standard Edition Resellers Can Add Third-Party Plugins to Their Storefront
Your Resellers in the Standard Edition can now integrate their Storefront with third-party JavaScript plugins by including the plugin’s javascript code. This can be done from the Advanced Settings tab, where they can upload the code either in the header or the footer of the Storefront. They can do this by using the enhanced editor with syntax highlighting and other helpful features.
Please check the 3. Rebranding Options for the Standard Edition Storefront | Adding Third Party Plugins page for more information.
Searching Subscriptions and Assets in Storefront Became Easier
Storefront users are now able to search for subscriptions and assets in their respective lists using the name of the entity. This search feature offers a lot of conveniences, especially when it comes to time-saving while searching for specific entities from within huge lists of assets and subscriptions.
Each Installment is now cumulatively Billed in a Single Invoice Item
From this release, an invoice item will be related with an installment that will include the sum of all active licenses of the subscription, even if extra licenses were added within the same billing cycle. You will no longer see multiple invoice items for each subscription purchase (e.g for extra licenses).
Example: An annual/monthly subscription for 5 licenses is created on 12/06. The customer purchased 2 extra licenses on 22/06. The next installment (on 12/07) will be billed by a single invoice item that will charge all 7 licenses for the billing period of 12/07 - 11/08.

Integration Connectors - Immediate Synchronization for Failed Objects
A new button called Synchronize Immediate is introduced to the report page of an integration connect ( in BSS Setup -> Administration -> System Options → Integration Systems) so as to give the possibility to synchronize a failed object by bypassing the queuing mechanism.
Please check the https://developers.interworks.cloud/integration-framework/log-mechanism page for more information.
Performance Improvements on the BSS Platform
Certain performance improvements are provided with this release on various parts of the BSS platform. More specifically:
The products list page loads faster.
The product view page loads faster.
The addition of a new product to a price list is now faster.
The accounts list page loads faster, and the search function of the accounts loads the results faster.
Improved Performance for the Subscriptions List in the Storefront
When navigating to the Subscriptions list page in Storefront environment, all available actions under the three dots menu will be loaded asynchronously . A loading message will be displayed until the actions are shown, and if there are no actions available, the system will display a message to confirm this.
Storefront Advanced Settings Tab
Certain features in the Storefront Configuration section (under System Options in the BSS Setup mode) have been renamed and relocated to the Advanced Settings tab in the same section. These are:
The Custom JavaScript, which is now renamed to Custom Script in Footer.
The Custom Head Meta, which is now renamed to Custom Script in Header.
The Custom CSS.
User Experience Improvement in the Billing Plan Options during Purchase
In the Storefront environment, during the purchaseof an annual NCE product for purchase, the drop-down menu for the selection of the Billing Plan option now displays the choices of “One-time payment”, along with the unchanged option “Monthly”. As a result, we now offer a better display of the available payment options to the Storefront users.
Billing Plan Info is Available to Order Items
From this release, the billing plan information is always displayed in an order item line in the case of a new purchase or when purchasing extra licenses for a subscription.
