Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE) Latest Features in BSS & Storefront

With this release, the following New Commerce Experience (NCE) updates* and features are now supported by our platforms, along with a new tool.

  1. Selling to Multiple Countries: The NCE integration supports reselling New Commerce Experience products to multiple countries.

  2. Automatic Sell & Cost Prices of NCE Products: The NCE integration supports the automatic retrieval and assignment of prices to New Commerce Experience products , without the need for manual interventions and price imports.

  3. Promotions are Fully and Automatically Supported: The Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE) promotions are fully and automatically supported by our platform.

  4. Conversion Tool for Unsuported Microsoft Currencies: For currencies that are not officially supported by Microsoft we offer a user-friendly currency conversion tool in which foreign exchange rates can be created and stored so as to support those currencies while reselling NCE products.

*The above updates become available to our new and existing customers once the Get Services Definition process is performed on all your NCE-enabled Microsoft instances of your BSS organization before using the NCE products after the current release.

Health Check Mechanism for Microsoft Subscriptions & Assets

In this release, we are introducing a substantial tool named Health Check Mechanism (HCM) that reviews certain Microsoft subscription and asset product types for provisioning discrepancies, such as their status and number of licenses, between the records in the BSS and the Microsoft Partner Center (MPC).
The HCM runs automatically four times a day and collects Microsoft subscriptions and assets from all instances which have been created or updated in the BSS since the last review. Also, items can also be added to the HCM manually and if any discrepancies have been found by the tool, a notification email is dispatched to all the BSS admins containing the list with the findings.
