Activating Pelecard Gateway

interworks.cloud offers a straightforward facility to configure the Pelecard payment gateway. After acquiring your merchant account to Pelecard, you can activate it in your BSS for accepting credit card payments from your customers.

Acquire Pelecard Credentials

You must open a merchant account with Pelecard for getting your access details and your terminal number. Then, you will use these for activating the integration between your BSS and Pelecard gateway.

Configure Pelecard as a Payment Method

Follow the steps below to configure Viva Gateway for your IwCP:

1. Navigate to Setup > Administration > System options > Payment Gateways and click Add
   
    
   
   

2. Expand the drop-down list and select Pelecard.
3. A new pop-up screen will appear where you will fill in your Pelecard account details.
   1. Terminal number
   2. Username and password
   3. Check the Is Active box
4. Click Save Gateway

Now that the Pelecard gateway is activated in Cloud BSS, the last step is to create a payment method that will use the Pelecard gateway.

1. Navigate to Setup > Administration > System Options > Payment Methods
2. Create a new payment method of type Credit Card and Pelecard as the selected Payment Gateway

Testing Pelecard Gateway

For testing the Pelecard gateway, you should contact Pelecard for providing to you a list of test cards.
