Activating CyberSource Payment Gateway
The CyberSource payment gateway can easily be activated on the interworks.cloud platform. After registering at CyberSource, you can set up a test environment for testing purposes, and easily switch to live to start receiving payments.
Get CyberSource API Keys
To obtain the CyberSource API keys, follow these steps:
Login to your CyberSource merchant account.
Go to Payment Configuration, then Key Management.
Select Generate Key and select REST – Shared Secret.
Generate the key.
Copy the Shared Secret Key and Key ID to a notepad file.
Enabling CyberSource as a Payment Method
To configure CyberSource Gateway for your interworks.cloud platform, note that the Test operational mode is used for testing the implementation.
To activate CyberSource, in BSS go to Setup → Administration → System Options → Payment Gateways, and select Add.
Select CyberSource from the drop-down menu.
Enter the test CyberSource account details in the pop-up. These are the details obtained in the previous steps from the CyberSource site.
Ensure that Live Mode is disabled.
Enable Is Active, and select Save Gateway.
Token Management Services (TMS) must be enabled for tokenization support. Enabling TMS requires for a support case to be created, requesting to enable tokenization, where you will have to provide the MID for the test environment.

Going Live with CyberSource
To switch the environment to Live after having completed testing, refer to the CyberSource support page on how to request MID activation.
To activate Live mode, go to your BSS, and:
Go to Setup → Administration → System Options → Payment Gateways and select CyberSource from the list.
Enter the Live keys from CyberSource in the pop-up. At this point, your CyberSource account should be active.
Enable Live Mode and select Save Gateway.
