Activating Authorize .Net Gateway

This page describes how to setup your merchant account and payment gateway in the interworks.cloud Platform using Authorize.net

Retrieve API Login ID & Transaction Key from Authorize .Net

Before activating the Authorize .Net payment gateway in Cloud BSS you must first copy from your merchant account API login ID and Transaction Key:

1. Login to Authorize.net portal
2. On the left-hand menu click on Settings
   
    
    
3. Under Security Settings, click API Credentials & Keys.
   
    
    
4. On the next screen, you'll be required to enter your secret answer you setup when you created your Authorize.net account and then click Submit
5. The next screen will then display the API Login ID and the Transaction Key. Copy both items. 

Activate Authorize .Net Gateway in Cloud BSS

For activating Authorize .Net gateway do the following:

1. Go to Cloud BSS > Setup > Administration > System Options > Payment Gateways
2. Select Add and in pop-up select Authorize .Net
3. Enter the Transaction Key and Login ID you copied from your Authorize .Net account.
4. Select the checkboxes Live Mode and Is Active
   
   
   
   
5. Select Add Gateway

Define a Payment Method for Authorize .Net

The last step is to add a payment method that is linked with Authorize .Net:

1. Go to Cloud BSS > Setup > Administration > System Options > Payment Methods
2. Add a new payment method of type Credit Card and select Authorize .Net as the payment gateway
   
   
3. Save the form
