Activating dLocal Payment Gateway

The dLocal payment gateway can easily be activated on the interworks.cloud platform. After registering at dLocal, you can set up a test environment for testing purposes, and easily switch to live to start receiving payments.

 

Get dLocal API Keys

  1. Log in to your dLocal merchant account

  2. Go to Settings → Integration

  3. Generate the Payins Credentials

  4. Copy the x_login, x_trans_key, Secret key & the Smartfields API Key

Enabling dLocal as a Payment Method

To configure dLocal Gateway for your interworks.cloud platform, note that the Test operational mode is used for testing the implementation.

  1. To activate dLocal, in BSS go to Setup → Administration → System Options → Payment Gateways, and select Add.

  2. Select dLocal from the drop-down list.

  3. Enter the test dLocal account details in the pop-up. These are the details obtained in the previous steps from the dLocal site.

  4. Ensure that Live Mode is disabled.

  5. Enable Active, and select Save Gateway.

 

To switch the environment to Live after having completed testing, follow the instructions of dLocal and enable Live Mode.

To activate Live mode, go to your BSS, and:

  1. Go to Setup → Administration → System Options → Payment Gateways and select dLocal from the list.

  2. Enter the Live keys from dLocal in the pop-up. At this point, your dLocal account should be active.

  3. Enable Live Mode and select Save Gateway.
