Improvement on Order Approval Process of Standard Resellers
The Resellers at the Standard Edition have full control over order management and approval. The following Order Approval improvements ensure that both resellers at the Standard Edition and end-customers enjoy a seamless order experience with full budgetary control.
During the Order Approval Process, the following three checks have been introduced to eliminate any possible billing errors.
The first check verifies if a credit limit is present and available.
The second check verifies that the products of the order can be automatically executed.
If the customer pays with a credit card via a payment gateway that supports tokens, then the third check verifies that the credit card can be charged based on the available preexisting token.
The purpose of the improvement is to safeguard standard resellers and prevent any unexpected or unauthorized orders which would otherwise automatically charge or overcharge the standard reseller’s credit card.
