Enabling Cross Selling

This page offers information on how you can suggest to your customer products complementary to those they have already bought or they are interested to buy. Sections "You might find interesting" and "Customers also bought" can be used for promoting, to your customers, products related to the item they are currently viewing on your Storefront.

Define the Complementary Products for a Product

interworks.cloud BSS provides you with the ability to declare which products are complementary to another product.

In order to define the complementary products of a particular product, follow the steps below:

1. Login to Cloud BSS and select Billing > Products.
2. Select the product you wish to cross-sell with other products of your product catalog in Storefront.
3. Click on "Set Cross Products" from the Shortcuts menu on the left.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the products you wish to cross-sell with this product and click on "Add".
   
   

Promoting the Complementary Products in Storefront

The products you selected to promote when the customer is viewing this product, will be displayed under the "You might find interesting" section, in the detailed page of the product..

Enable Personalized Suggestions to Customers

In case you wish your customers to receive personalized suggestions based on their buying behavior, follow the steps below in order to enable the "Suggestions to customers" feature of Cloud BSS:

1. Login to Cloud BSS and select  Setup > Administration > System Options > Storefront Configuration.
2. Scroll down to Sections Activation and check "Suggestions to customers".
   
   

Press Save when finished.

Displaying Suggestions in Storefront

The best selling products that customers who purchased this product have also bought, will be displayed under the "Customers also bought" section, in the detailed page of this product in your Storefront.
