Transitioning from Legacy Azure to Azure Plans

For customers that already have legacy Azure subscriptions and you want to transition them to Azure plan, you should do the following:

1. Run the transition from Microsoft Partner Center following the instructions described in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/azure-plan-transition. By completing this process, the legacy Azure subscriptions will be canceled in the MS Partner Center and a new Azure Plan will be created and the legacy subscriptions will become entitlements in the Azure plan.
2. Run the Azure Plan Migration Tool for importing the new Azure plan in your BSS. Using our tool, our system will:
   1. Create a new BSS Azure Plan subscription.
   2. Cancel all existing BSS legacy Azure subscriptions from the account that Azure Plan will be created instead.
