Microsoft updates their product catalog in a monthly basis by adding new products or discontinuing old ones. Because it's a very demanding task to keep your product catalog aligned with all the changes Microsoft does every month, interworks.cloud platform supports automatic update of MS cloud services catalog. 

Preparation for Automatic Update of MS Cloud Services Catalogue

The automatic update of the catalogue is performed from the "Get Services Definition" action in Microsoft Cloud Services settings. But before running this action, you should do the following:

Updating the Microsoft Cloud Services Catalogue

For updating your MS cloud services catalog with the changes Microsoft has done (e.g new or discontinued plans and add-ons), you must run the Get Services Definition in BSS Setup > Administration > System Options > Applications Setup > Microsoft Cloud Services > Settings.

Managing the Updated Products

The management of the updated products differs depending on the catalog status they have. Below are the actions you must do per case.
