Reports & Notifications For Non-Automatic Executed Orders
BSS users and operation teams can benefit from creating reports and custom notifications in order to better monitor the Orders that contain non-automatically executed products. In this page you will find the guides for creating both.
Creating Reports For “Non-Automatic Execution of New Orders“
In order to create a report for “Non-automatic execution of new orders“, you must choose the “Orders” data type and then the “Orders Products” (also known as the order items). At the 2nd step of the report’s creation, you can find two new column fields:
The “Executed Order Item“ column field is utilized for displaying which order items are executed or not.
the "Non-automatic execution of new orders" column field is utilized for displaying which orders items are for products that are not auto-provisioned.
Both fields are located under the “Order Products“ General Columns.
Creating Custom Notification For “Non-Automatic Execution of New Orders“
The above-mentioned fields, “Non-automatic execution of new orders“ and “Executed Order Item“, are also available as merge fields when you wish to create a custom notification for orders containing non-automatically executed services. Therefore, in order to notify and inform a specific BSS user from your operations team, of such orders, please navigate to BSS Setup >Administration > Notifications > Customer Notification Details > Orders, then click on the "New Notification" button, and apply the condition as indicated in the following example.
