Possible Error Messages concerning Impossible Cloud
Our platform users might experience the following error messages depending on the circumstances:
When a reseller tries to purchase an Impossible Cloud product for personal usage without selecting an Affiliate Account:
The Reseller tries to purchase the same Impossible Cloud product for an end customer who already has an active subscription:
The reseller creates a new end-customer by providing an email already being used by another end customer with an active subscription. (Emails must be unique):
The reseller tries to purchase more licenses for the primary (base) product. (The primary product quantity must always be 1. The storage capacity increase can only be accomplished by purchasing one or more add-ons):
Reseller synchronization without a corporate email from the BSS portal:
End customer synchronization without a corporate email from the BSS portal:
End customer synchronization with ‘Role’= Reseller from the BSS portal:
Reseller synchronization with ‘Role’= User from the BSS portal:
End customer synchronization with email that is being utilized by another end customer who has an active subscription. (Emails must be unique):
