Change your Reseller PIN

In cases where Kaspersky Labs allocate a different PIN for a transacting Reseller, the system has a tool that changes the PIN on the Reseller 'Sync Options'. The tool is called "Kaspersky administration" and is located under the  BSS tools section.

Using The Tool


  1. In order to access the tool, navigate to BSS Setup > Tools > Kaspersky Administrator
  2. FIll in the respective fields. The available options are: 
    1. Kaspersky Instance: The Kaspersky instance under which the Reseller is synchronized
    2. AccountID: The internal account ID for the Reseller (can be found by loading the Reseller on Office >Accounts on the browser address bar!).
    3. Reseller PIN: The new Reseller PIN
  3. Click Update
