Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA)

Microsoft will introduce the Microsoft Customer Agreement to the CSP program to replace the Microsoft Cloud Agreement. To facilitate partners' migration to the new agreement, the current Microsoft Cloud Agreement will be supported in the CSP program until January 31st, 2020. 

With this automation we are developing in our platform, you will be able to:

• Obtain your customer's acceptance of the Microsoft Customer Agreement before placing an order for Microsoft products in your Marketplace.
• Obtain from your resellers the confirmation that their customers have accepted the Microsoft Customer Agreement before placing an order on behalf of them in your Marketplace.
• Have a log when your customers confirmed the acceptance of Microsoft Customer Agreement
• Have your internal users confirm customer's acceptance of Microsoft Customer Agreement before executing an order in BSS or before creating a Microsoft subscription.
