Outlook Configuration: Migrate from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2016
Introduction
This article will present the mandatory actions in order to setup an Exchange 2016 mailbox account to the Outlook client.
Outlook Configuration
Firstly, the Outlook client must meet the minimum requirements presented inside the Exchange 2016 Supported Clients article.
While moving your Hosted Exchange Mailboxes from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2016, no action is needed by the client side. The mailbox account should continue working without any issues. In case of any problem occurred after the migration contact the interworks.cloud support department.
