The ordering process from BSS for Software subscription products is similar to the process you are using for the Office 365 products.

Adding a Software License in an Order

You should first create an order for your customer or reseller in your BSS and then you can add as an order item the software license product you wish.

The price of the Software subscription product will be derived from the options you will define in the order item form. If your customer or reseller is linked with a pricelist that gives a discount for the selected Software subscription product, our system will suggest to use this pricelist but you can override this option and define your own pricing.

Order Execution

When you have completed your order the next step is to execute it for the asset record to be created in your BSS and the provisioning to be execute to Microsoft systems.

For executing your order you should select the option "Execute Order" from the Shortcuts menu. In the pop-up form that will be displayed you should select options 2 or 3.

This action will:

1. Create an asset record for each Software Subscription product you have in your order
2. It will provision the Software subscription product in Microsoft systems.
3. The invoice will be generated (if you selected option #3) for billing the Software subscription product to your reseller or customer. If you selected option #2, the invoice will be generate the next time our billing service will run.
