Introduction

Security is one of the key pillars of Interworks.cloud. With MFA we raise the security level. So, we have activated the MFA for all our organizations and below is the activation/deactivation process.

Step 1 - Login in to tenants portal

Having successfully log in to the targeted tenant , navigate to “ACCOUNT SECURITY”.

Step 2 - Enable MFA

Click Enable and scan the provided QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc).

Step 3 - Disable MFA

In order to disable the MFA authentication press the Disable button.
