This page offers information on how to set up, design, and review your offer template.

What is an Offer template?

An Offer Template is a pre-designed format used to create proposals for customers.

It outlines the services, products, or solutions your company provides, along with key details like pricing, terms, and conditions.

Customizing the template to fit your company's needs allows your business to present proposals efficiently and consistently while maintaining a professional and polished image.

It's recommended to tailor your Offer Template to align with your company’s brand identity and specific requirements.

Where can I edit my template?

To edit the Offer Template, enter the BSS Setup mode by clicking Enter Setup in the top right corner.

How can I edit my template?

In the General section of the editor, you can customize the basic details of your template.

Here, you can set your Print-out Template name, give a short description of the purpose of this template, and select the available languages for printing the offer.

The selected languages will be applied in the template section below, allowing you to edit a separate version for each language.

To use this template later, ensure the Related Entity is set to "Offers" and that the Active Print-out checkbox remains enabled.

The Print-out Parameters are dynamic, enabling users to customize the final offer and adjust its content based on the parameter values they set.

You can choose to keep or delete the default options, or even create your own custom parameters, which will then be available for users to modify when reviewing the offer.

For example, if you leave the default parameter "Display offer line comments" unchanged, the user will get to set the parameter value to Yes or No. This allows them to adjust the offer content to include or exclude comments before sending it to the customer.

Additionally, you may set the Fields' sorting based on your preference, to adjust how the information will be displayed in the final offer template.

Finally, in the Templates section of the editor, the platform allows you to design the content of your template, using HTML and CSS.

You can add your company contact details, customize the colors, fonts, and logos to align with your brand identity, and specify the fields that will be displayed for each offer.

Once the editing is complete, you can select Preview and choose any existing offer to see how it appears after the latest updates. Then, you can choose to Save your changes or Cancel to discard them.
