Excerpt

On this page, based on the Managing Subscription Automatic Renewals page, you can examine the method with which you can enable or disable the automatic renewal of subscriptions in the Storefront portal.

Manage Auto-Renewal Option from Subscription’s Details Page

Storefront users can select to have their subscriptions renewed automatically. To enable or disable auto-renewal, select the Auto-Renew toggle switch. When auto-renewal is enabled, the renewal date is displayed below the switch.

Manage Auto-Renewal Option from Subscriptions List

On the subscriptions page, storefront users can view the End Date and the status of auto-renewal in the list of subscriptions.

Change the auto-renewal status by clicking on the three dots in the Actions column and selecting the option to enable or disable auto-renewal.

Storefront users may only enable or disable auto-renew if the subscription is synced or unsynced, or for bundles. The option is not available for subscriptions with pending or failed sync, trial subscriptions or sub-subscriptions.
