Copilot for Microsoft 365 available on interworks.cloud
Microsoft announced that as of January 16, 2024, Copilot for Microsoft 365 is generally available across all Microsoft sales channels including Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) new commerce.
Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a major opportunity for CSPs in this new era of AI to help every customer, regardless of their size, become an AI-powered organization and creates more opportunities for the partners who serve those customers.
The interworks.cloud platform is ready to support your business in this game-changing AI journey.
Basic Copilot Info
Copilot for Microsoft 365 is available as an add-on to existing eligible subscriptions
Copilot for Microsoft 365 will exclusively be available for purchase on Annual Commitment/ Annual Bill
No minimum seat purchase requirement for Copilot for Microsoft 365 across all channels and segments
End-Customers must have a product license of one of the prerequisite base SKUs for each seat of Copilot for Microsoft 365 they purchase. More Specifically:
The Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 add-on SKU will have prerequisite products that a customer must own to transact the add-on SKU. A customer cannot be able to purchase more licenses of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 add-on which exceeds the collective sum of all valid prerequisite products.
As an example, if a customer owns 200 licenses of O365 E3 and 200 licenses of M365 E3 with no other pre-requisites, the customer cannot purchase more than 400 add-on seats of Copilot for Microsoft 365.
Like all add-on subscriptions, you can align the end date of their Copilot for M365 subscription (Annual Commit | Annual Bill) to any of their eligible pre-requisite subscriptions.
While monthly prerequisite subscriptions are eligible to add-on Copilot for M365, you cannot co-terminate an annual subscription with a monthly subscription.
You are expected to manage the term end dates for add-ons to ensure there is alignment as needed to the base offer. Partners should avoid situations where a base product SKU term might end leaving behind dependent add-ons that expire later.
Microsoft is currently offering the pricing API automation for each country for some specific Currencies.
