Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA)


As partners of Microsoft you need to obtain your customer’s acceptance of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA) before you can order Microsoft products and services for that customer. For complying with Microsoft new requirements, we released the first version of our MCA feature where your direct customers and resellers will be able to confirm the acceptance of the MCA when they are placing an order in your Marketplace.

We have also included a "skip" action for your customers and resellers to continue without giving this confirmation, since Microsoft has extended the deadline for partners who are confirming the MCA customer acceptance through Partner Center APIs (i.e through our platform) until 22 March, 2019.

We have included in this release the following automations:

  • Obtain your customer's acceptance of the MCA before placing an order for Microsoft products in your Marketplace.
  • Obtain from your resellers the confirmation that their customers have accepted the MCA before placing an order on behalf of them in your Marketplace.
  • Have a log when your customers or resellers confirmed the acceptance of MCA

Integration with Google's G Suite


Google's G Suite is a package of cloud-based services that can provide a company with a new way of online collaboration —not just using email and chat, but over video conferences, social media, real-time document collaborations, and more. Part of the G Suite products are:

  • Hangouts Chat: Secure team messaging
  • Google Docs: Documents with real-time co-editing

The integration we have implemented with G SUite is a billing, ordering, self-service management and customer automation solution which allows you to deliver Google's G Suite products to businesses fast, along with a great marketplace experience. Using our service manager you can offer to your customers the G Suite Basic, Business and Enterprise  annual or flexible plans.

The G SUite service manager will be available to all our online customers from the list of available cloud applications in setup. Our on-premise customers they will need to deploy the G Suite service manager from our installer.

Integration with Dropsuite Email Backup 


Dropsuite's email cloud backup, archiving & GDPR solutions, allow distributors, service providers, MSPs and VARs to automatically safeguard emails, attachments, calendars and tasks in the cloud and restore any file on demand. This, simple-to-use cloud solution helps distributors, service providers, MSPs and VARs protect their customers' Office 365 data files, meet regulatory compliance and GDPR obligations, plus generate recurring revenue. The product is compatible with Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams Sites), Hosted Exchange, Open-Xchange, G Suite Gmail, and most IMAP/POP email servers.

The interworks.cloud platform integration with Dropsuite gives the opportunity to for all distributors and service providers to bill and provision Dropsuite's products easily and instantly. Distributors and service providers would be able to cross-sell backup and archiving solutions to their customers – along with the Office 365 solution –  thus increasing their average revenue per user (ARPU). Using our service manager you can offer to your customer the Dropsuite Business Archiver, Business Backup and Basic Backup plans.

The Dropsuite Email Backup service manager will be available to all our online customers from the list of available cloud applications in setup. Our on-premise customers they will need to register it first in the organization

Bulk Import of Asset Products


We extended our Products importer to support also import of products of asset type. In the first step you will be able now to select whether the products you are about to import or update are common products or asset products. By selecting this option the system will allow you to select only asset product types in the relate field and the pricing type will be locked to "Recurring Charge - Prepaid".
