This section contain information about the Training Sessions that are part of Customer Success on-boarding process for platform customers. You can find information about the topics covered on each basic training session, along with useful links to our knowledge base and task-lists to help steer the project to a successful path. A successful session should cover all basic topics and it must also be used to point out the topics where the customer must make a business decision. Additionally, we complement the training session with material from interworks.cloud Knowledge Base, that contain details for the respective operations covered during the session. 


Administration & Re-branding

Scope: The session is dedicated to presenting the Platform and discussing several administration options that define the global behavior of the system.

O365 Automation

Scope: This session is dedicated to the activation and operation of Office 365 + Azure services through the system. We explain integration details and show the flow for provisioning accounts/subscriptions for both new and existing tenants

Ordering & Billing

Scope: At this session, we cover all aspects of Ordering & Billing through the platform, and conduct several scenarios to provide a deeper understanding of the way the platform handles billing.

Premium Partner Product Management

Scope: This session aims to provide knowledge on management and maintenance options for custom products a customer may desire to on-board to the system.
