Storefront Workspace Redesign
The Storefront Workspace has been redesigned for fully supporting the user management and user services management end points we support in our Service Management API.
The Workspace now contains the following tabs:
- Cloud Services tab. This tab includes for your direct customer or reseller end customer the setup links for:
- Office 365 services
- MS Azure services
- For any cloud application that has been integrated using our Service Manager API
- Citrix CloudPortal tab. This tab includes the setup links for any service that is provisioned via Citrix CloudPortal Services Manager panel.
- Infrastructure tab. This tab includes the setup links for any service that is provisioned via interworks.cloud OSS system.
For the cloud applications that support the user management and user services management end points, the following functionality is now available in Workspace:

Integration with Acronis Backup Cloud
In this release we completed our integration with Acronis Backup Cloud.
Acronis Backup Cloud is a solution offered by Acronis to Service Providers for expanding their service portfolio with hybrid local and cloud backup as a service. It provides safe, secure and scalable data protection, bare metal recovery but also on-site and cloud backup of your data, anywhere, anytime. It backs up disks, partitions, files and other data in Azure data centers and allows you to quickly recover selected files, folders, applications, or the entire system. The Acronis AnyData Engine is backing up your files to a local storage on your premises for a quick restore, but also to the ultra-secure Microsoft Azure premises for recovery in the event of a disaster. Acronis Cloud Backup even supports backup for iOS ® /Android ® mobile devices and Microsoft Office 365® mailboxes.
Using LDAP Authentication for the Storefront Users
In this release we completed the integration with an LDAP directory for delegated authentication of the Storefront users. We have added in BSS Setup a new section for activating the integration.

interworks.cloud Billing API new Method
The following methods have been added in our API:
- Get Subscriptions By Status
- Get Active Addons By Subscription Id
- Get Items By Invoice Code. We added an array with the subscriptions related with each invoice item
Display in Reports & Notifications a field per Tax
In this release you are able to include in an invoice report, printout or notification separate fields per tax. Every tax you have defined (e.g. Good and Services Tax (GST) or Provincial Sales Tax (PST)) in the platform are displayed as separate fields in your reporting for having the analysis of invoice total tax amount per tax.
Syncing a BSS Account with an Existing Tenant
From this release, you only need to set the correct domain prefix for relating a BSS account with an existing Microsoft tenant. The account name is no longer required to match tenant's name for the system to perform the relation.

Allow a Tenant Reseller to create his own Add-ons for Reselling Services
From this release a tenant reseller with his own rebranded Storefront, he can extend the services he resells by adding his own add-ons. He can for example add an add-on for offering support services for every Office 365 Business license he resells.
