Activating the Integration with Panda Security

For the automatic provisioning of Panda Security applications, we have implemented a service manager that handles the provisioning of the services to the end customers.

Getting the Authentication Credentials for Activating the Integration


For activating the Panda Security services in interworks.cloud platform, you must have a direct partnership agreement with Panda by enrolling in the Panda's partners program. As a Panda Partner you will receive your own Panda credentials. These are the credentials you need to activate your own integration with Panda in your own deployment of the interworks.cloud platform 

Activating the Panda Services in Cloud BSS


For activating the automatic provisioning of Panda applications, you should do the following:

  1. Navigate to BSS Setup > Administration > System Options > Applications Setup and select the settings for the Panda Antivirus

  2. Fill in the credentials form:
      1. Panda ROL API URL: Set the URL https://role.pandasecurity.com/rolpartner/operation.aspx
      2. Panda Partner Id and Shared Key. The credential as partner of Panda.
  3. Save the form

Getting the Product Type for Panda Services


The last step of the activation is to get the definition of Panda Services. For doing this, you must run the Get Services Definition in Acronis Settings page. This action will create the Panda Protection Solution product type in your Cloud BSS.


 
You can locate the Panda Protection Solution product type in BSS > Setup > Billing > Products > Product Types. 

This product type has the product characteristic Panda Available Products which is a list of all the Panda applications we support for automatic provisioning.
