Acronis Service Manager - Support for Trials
In this release we completed the support for Acronis trials. We automated the management of Acronis trials by allowing your customers and your resellers to get a trial for the Acronis Service.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Connector
Supported versions: Dynamics CRM 2016 v8.2 and above
Supported Synchronization Options:Accounts, Contacts, Products, Invoices, Invoice Items, Orders, Order Items, Cases
In this release we implemented the connector with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE using our integration framework. We support the following Push (sending data to Dynamics 365 CE) and Pull (getting data from Dynamics 365C CE) methods.

Azure Reservations - Use of Microsoft Price List Effective Date
Microsoft's Azure RI CSP commercial pricelist sometimes may include more than one prices for the same Reserved Instance, but for different effective dates. For supporting this, we now calculate the cost price of an RI by getting the price that is valid for the date the order was purchased.
We have introduced a new property that is called "Purchase Date (UTC)" where we keep RI purchase date and check it against the effective date we get for each price in Microsoft price list.
The "Reserved Instances Prices Importer" tool has been changed for matching also the effective date column.
Product Trials - All Trials are now Available for a Product Group
From this release, when you are presenting your plans in Storefront as part of a product group, the trial option will be enabled for all plans that support trials. We have also kept the default trial option that we have for the product groups, but now this option is for your customers or resellers to select the trial option from the list of the products.

Azure Reservations - Azure Databricks Offers
From this release we support the new reservation type "Azure Databricks". The ordering and provisioning process is similar with the reset reservation types.
Microsoft Trials Improvements
In this release we improved our Microsoft trials mechanism and we now allow a customer or a reseller to purchase a Microsoft plan even if he has an inactive trial subscription for the same plan.
Retries for Failed Payments are not Applied for Payments entered by the Customer
The notification plan that you have activated in your BSS for retrying for failed credit card payments is now applied only for payments that were initiated from our Billing Service (i.e. for paying subscription renewals). We no longer retry to charge a credit card for a payment that a user entered manually from your Marketplace (for paying for example an unpaid invoice). For such failed payments it is the responsibility of your customer to try to complete the payment using a different card or trying again later.
