Setting a Pricing Protection Period for a Product

For setting a pricing protection period for a specific product, you must do the following:

Setting the Pricing Protection Period for a New Product

In the new product form, set the period in months in the field Term (Months) in the Pricing section. This field is available only for the recurring products

Setting the Pricing Protection Period for an Existing Product

1. Open product's details page in Cloud BSS
2. Select Edit Recurring Charges from the Pricing section
3. In pop-up, define the period in months in the field Term (Months)
    
4. Save the changes
