1.Wap - Login & User Interface

Introduction

The new ultra fast, software defined Cloud Data Center just made easier with Windows Azure Pack (WAP). Using WAP will accelerate the migration process to the Cloud, along with Azure-consistent experience and services by interworks.cloud. This section will cover the login process along with a quick briefing of the UI.

Key requirements: internet access, web browser .

The Login  

Navigate to portal.interworks.xyz and just like any portal, the administrator should input his credentials in order to access the Service Management Portal.

Sign-in for first time

It is highly recommenced for the administrators to change their passwords during the first sign-in.


Service Management Portal UI

The Service Management Portal UI has been kept as simple as possible, which consists of four tabs and one master button.

Each of the four tabs presents details about objects already created. 

  1. ALL ITEMS: The main dashboard that summarizes what is running on the cloud.
  2. VIRTUAL MACHINES: Present the virtual machines under that subscription.
  3. MY ACCOUNT: Provides details about account and subscription.
  4. + NEW Button: Opens the create menu. This is the place where all the creations start.
