As mentioned in https://interworkscloud.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ICPD/pages/344555754/1.+Ordering+and+Purchasing+Products#Purchase-options, some products may offer a trial period so that the end customer can try them out for a specific period before purchasing them. When a trial subscription reaches the last day of its trial period, it can be upgraded to a paid one. Also, the upgrade can take place at any point during the lifetime of the trial subscription. In any case, the upgrade to a paid subscription is not automatic; it has to be made by the user and this section explains how.
Specifically, to upgrade a trial subscription to paid, the user must access their billing dashboard (please refer to https://interworkscloud.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ICPD/pages/354976253/2.+Managing+Orders+and+Subscriptions#View-Subscriptions for details) and:
Go to the Trial Subscriptions section.
Select the Trial Subscription to be upgraded.
The system displays some key information on the trial subscription, such as description, status, number of days remaining until the end of the trial period, start and end dates of the trial period, activation date, etc. The user must click on the Upgrade to Paid button to start the upgrade process.
The system displays the detailed upgrade page where the user can define the number of licenses to be purchased, define a friendly name for the subscription, purchase extra add-ons, etc.
To complete the upgrade, the user must click on the Proceed to Checkout option at the top right corner of the page.
Alternatively, the user can click on Continue Shopping to go back to the reseller’s catalog and add more products to their basket.
The user can then complete the purchase process, as described in https://interworkscloud.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ICPD/pages/344555754/1.+Ordering+and+Purchasing+Products#Checkout-Process
