Cancellation of an Adobe MP VIP Subscription

Adobe keeps the Customer's renewal date in its systems even if no active subscriptions are available at the portal anymore. To keep the dates in our system aligned with Adobe, we don't allow the cancellation of an Adobe subscription.

A single Adobe subscription will always remain active in our system for a customer that has purchased at least one Adobe service in the past for our system to be aligned with Adobe.

Perpetual Licenses and Software Subscriptions are available only for Customers with Commercial Qualifications

Microsoft announced that by July 2021, all partners enrolled in the Cloud Solution Provider program will be able to sell perpetual software licenses (without Software Assurance) to government, education, and nonprofit organizations for on-premises deployment. Since our platform does not yet support selling Perpetual licenses and Software subscriptions to non-commercial customers, in this release, we have locked such purchases to protect our customers from faulty orders. We are planning to support non-commercial orders in the future.

We have also introduced the option “Qualification Column (Segment)” to Perpetual Licenses Prices Importer and Software Subscription Prices Importer for enforcing only commercial prices import.
