This page explains how you can manage the free trials your customers are requested by creating trials and upgrade them to paid directly from BSS.

Creating an Office 365 Trial Subscription 

For creating a trial subscription you must do the following:

1. Open the details page of the Office 365 plan your customer wants to try
2. Select "Request for Trial" from the Shortcuts menu.
   
3. The new trial subscription form will be loaded. In this page you must define:
   1. For which customer is the trial by filling the Customer field.

   2. Define from which date the trial will start by setting a value for the "Start Date" field. This field cannot be in the past, it can be today or in the future.

      
      

4. Press Save for the trial subscription to be created.
