For the automatic provisioning of G Suite applications, we have implemented a service manager that handles the provisioning of the services to the end customers. Each distributor that is using interworks.cloud Platform for offering G Suite services, must generate his own authentication credentials (client ID, client secret, token) for activating the automatic provisioning of G Suite services via interworks.cloud Platform.
Activating the G suite Services in Cloud BSS
For activating the automatic provisioning of G Suite SM services, you should do the following:
Navigate to BSS Setup > Administration > System Options > Applications Setup and select the Settings for the G Suite SM.
Fill in the credentials form:
System Name: Is the name of the instance that the user is about to create
Client Idand Client Secret: These are the credentials of your G Suite account and they are located at Security > Advanced settings > Authentication > Manage API client access
Access Token and Refresh Token:
Getting the Product Type for G Suite Services
The last step of the activation is to get the definition of G Suite Services. For doing this, you must run the Get Services Definition in G Suite Settings page. This action will create the product types GSuite and GSuite Flexible in your Cloud BSS.
You can locate both product types in BSS > Setup > Billing > Products > Product Types.
Both product types have the product characteristics Plan Of Suite and No Of Users
Plan Of Suite: Is a list of all the plans we support for automatic provisioning.
No Of User: This is a product characteristic that can be used for defining in the G Suite products the user the customer will get.
