Introduction
Follow this article in order to enable/disable MFA for tenants.
Step 1 - Login in to tenants portal
After you login in to tenants portal select “Account Security“ section.
Step 2 - Enable MFA
Click Enable and scan the provided QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc).
Note
In order to activate the second factor Authentication press the ✔ button.
Step 3 - Disable MFA
In order to disable the MFA authentication press the Disable button.
