- Locate the trial subscription in question.
- Click the Upgrade Trial to Paid option on the Shortcuts menu of the trial subscription.
At the pop-up screen, fill in the subscription billing details along with the preferred Quantity.

The quantity is editable only for recurring subscriptions and not for pay per use (P.P.U.) products.
- Click on the Upgrade button to initialize the paid subscription.
