With the single sing-on capability, your customers will be able to login/sing-up to your Storefront with the external authentication your you have enabled.

For the moment we have integrated with Azure AD, Azure AD B2C as well as other token-based SSO mechanisms. We will soon allow you to offer Gmail as well as Facebook login/sing-up capabilities from your storefront too.

Q: Will my Storefront users only be able to sign-up in my storefront?
A: No, your storefront users will have the capability to both sign-in as well as sign up to your system.


Q: How can I setup the SSO mechanisms?
A: You can setup your SSO mechanisms from your BSS > Setup > Administration > System Options > External Authentication as seen in the screenshot below:

Q: What happens when I enable one or more external identity

provider

providers for my storefront?

A: In essence, when you enable any external identity provider, you are enforcing the Anonymous registration in your Storefront, even if the options "Enable Anonymous Access" and "Allow self-registration" are disabled from the general storefront configuration options.

Q: Which external SSO mechanisms do you allow?

A: At the moment we have introduced Azure AD, Azure AD B2C as well as token-based SSO mechanisms. In the near future, we will also introduce Facebook as well as Gmail sign-in/sign-up capabilities.


Q: How can my Storefront users Sign in/Sign up from the Storefront?

A: You users can sign-in by simply clicking on the buttons as seen from the screenshot below:
