Outlook Configuration
First of allFirstly, the Outlook client must meet the minimum requirements presented inside the Exchange 2016 Supported Clients article.
While moving your Hosted Exchange Mailboxes from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2016, no action is needed by the client side. The mailbox account should continue working without any malfunctionsissues. In case of any problem occurred after the migration contact the interworks.cloud support department.
