The ordering process for a BitTitan asset is similar to the process of any other cloud application. The reseller synchronized customer/partner can select any of the Acunetix products he has published it in his BitTitan Asset products that his distributor published in the Storefront and add it to his the basket. 


On our system, there is the "Account Synchronization" for BitTitan. The distributor needs to synchronize the reseller's BSS account in order to proceed to a successful Asset creation either for the reseller's personal usage or for the reseller's end-customer(s), for both Storefront and BSS orders. The required fields located on the BSS "Account Synchronization" are the "Email Address" and the "Password" which are essentially the reseller's email and password that uses in BitTitan.

Please know that:

  • The BitTitan Systems will only allow orders for partners (resellers) that the distributor has first synchronized them with BitTitan, since BitTitan doesn't support automatic account creation during provisioning.
  • Also, the BitTitan service manager supports Tier 2 reselling policy, so the credentials set on BitTitan during the account creation will be those set in the Account Synchronization on BSS. 
  • Orders or subscriptions cannot be cancelled, 
    1. Orders of such assets can be canceled, but cannot be suspended or amended in any form or manner from the interworks.cloud BSS.

    Account Synchronization Prior to Ordering
    1. After the Coupon Code is redeemed or expired, it will be visible only on our systems and not on BitTitan's systems.


    Ordering from Storefront


    When synchronized

    customers/partners log in to the Storefront, they can purchase BitTitan assets for themselves or their end-customers by adding them to the basket. BitTitan assets may be available to purchase either under a specific category or not.

    By clicking on the product's name, customers/partners are redirected to the product's overview page in Storefront.

    Then the reseller can choose if the order is created for one of his end-customers (and even create a new end customer) or for personal usage and

    My Basket page which is the first step of the checkout.
    Here, they can increase the Quantity of the licenses they wish to order for that particular product, review the Total payable amount, and define a friendly name for the asset they are about to order.

    Then they must choose for whom the order is created, and proceed by clicking on "Checkout" button

    Afterwards, on the next step of the ordering process, the Billing information is presented as well as the billing contact for verification purposes.

    The order will be completed after all the Ordering steps are passed.

    Upon the final Checkout, the following process will be executed:

    1. A new
    subscription
    1. asset (one-off) record will be created in our BSS.
    2. The invoice for the order is generated.
    3. The license(s) the
    reseller purchased will be added
    1. customer/partner purchased for the asset are assigned to a BitTitan
    coupon code.If this order is for a reseller's end-customer, the end-customer will receive a welcome notification email containing the BitTitan "coupon code" that he then
  • If this order is for the reseller's personal use, then the reseller will receive a welcome notification email containing the BitTitan "coupon code" that he then can redeem in order to utilize the purchased licenses via his synched BitTitan's account by login in the portal.
  • Managing BitTitan Licenses from Storefront
    1. Coupon Code.
    2. A "Welcome Notification Email" is dispatched from BSS to the order's recipient, containing the BitTitan portal link as well as the BitTitan coupon code that he can redeem in order to utilize the purchased licenses via the BitTitan's portal by registering an account

    If the end-customer whishes, he can request from his reseller to enable the purchased licenses, by providing the purchased coupon code, in order for the reseller to create for his end-customer a BitTitan account and redeem the coupon code in that account.
