Locating the BitTitan Wizard

Log in to the Storefront and click 'View Plans'. Notice the 0.00 price since no SKU is selected

    • Making A New Purchase

    Let's see the process for ordering a new BitTitan license:

    From the available actions, we select the 'Get a New License':

    Depending on the selection you make, you will need to select the BitTitan Service Group (Note that this refers to the BitTitan product group):

    Again, based on the previous selection, you now need to select the number of licenses

    The system will display the available SKU's that match the previous selections. The customer selects the desired SKU to proceed with the order:

    At this point, the ordering process is proceeding in the same way as it does with the regular products. Click 'Proceed to Checkout'

    An existing or new end-user is selected

    The reseller receives a notification with the BitTitan Certificate that includes the license key.

    The ordering process for a BitTitan asset is similar to the process of any other cloud application. The synchronized customer/partner can select any of the BitTitan Asset products that his distributor published in the Storefront and add it to the basket.

    Please know that:

    1. Orders of such assets can be canceled, but cannot be suspended or amended in any form or manner from the interworks.cloud BSS.
    2. You will be able to view all the Licenses within a Coupon Code executed for all your resellers both on the interworks.cloud BSS and also on your BitTitan Portal.
    3. After the Coupon Code is redeemed or expired, it will be visible only on our systems and not on BitTitan's systems.


    Ordering from Storefront

    When synchronized customers/partners log in to the Storefront, they can purchase BitTitan assets for themselves or their end-customers by adding them to the basket. BitTitan assets may be available to purchase either under a specific category or not.

    By clicking on the product's name, customers/partners are redirected to the product's overview page in Storefront.

    By selecting the "Add to Basket" button, customers/partners will be redirected to the My Basket page which is the first step of the checkout.
    Here, they can increase the Quantity of the licenses they wish to order for that particular product, review the Total payable amount, and define a friendly name for the asset they are about to order.

    Then they must choose for whom the order is created, and proceed by clicking on "Checkout" button.

    Afterwards, on the next step of the ordering process, the Billing information is presented as well as the billing contact for verification purposes.

    The order will be completed after all the Ordering steps are passed.

    Upon the final Checkout, the following process will be executed:

    1. A new asset (one-off) record will be created in our BSS.
    2. The invoice for the order is generated.
    3. The license(s) the customer/partner purchased for the asset are assigned to a BitTitan Coupon Code.
    4. A "Welcome Notification Email" is dispatched from BSS to the order's recipient, containing the BitTitan portal link as well as the BitTitan coupon code that he can redeem in order to utilize the purchased licenses via the BitTitan's portal by registering an account.
