  1. Save as:Choose Local File to download a PDF with the Offer template to your computer, or File in BSS to save your file within the system.

  2. View as: Choose to view the offer as an online PDF file or in HTML format.
    If you choose PDF, you will also get the option to download image-20240919-121651.png or print image-20240919-121705.png the file from the menu on the top right corner.

  3. Send via email: Send the offer directly to your customer via email.
