In the case of an Advanced search, which is the slowest option, the BSS user can search invoices based on multiple factors such as the invoice code, the bill to account data,the account description data, and more. Therefore, this search option is mostly used for more complex invoice searches since BSS users can utilize it for extensive searches.

All you have to do is, on the Search module, is to click the Advanced Search (highlighted text) which will redirect you to the Advanced Search page. From there, you can double-check that the Find in field has the Invoices option selected. Afterwards, you can provide this module as many conditions as you like by choosing the Field name, the Operator, and the Value, each time. Lastly, once you have set up the Advanced search that you wish to conduct, you need to click on the Search & Close button, to initiate the actual advanced search.
