Now, BSS users can edit the Pricing Information of a subscription with installments and these changes will take effect on the renewal of that subscription. More specifically, the “Edit Pricing Info” module will provide the BSS users with the option to support any commercial policies they may have and change either the price list, or the unit price, or the discount percentage, on the renewal of the subscription.

With this release, Adobe-synced resellers in Storefront can view the actual Adobe Volume Discount Level that is used for the price calculation when ordering a new Adobe add-on(product) or increasing the quantity of an existing one. The discount level is calculated based on the current level of the synced end customer, along with the product quantity of the current order. This discount level can be shown only to synced resellers and after they have chosen an existing end customer or synced a new one.

With this improvement on the Import Customers Tool, you can create new BSS accounts for existing MPC customers/tenants, even if these customers might not have an MPC subscription to be imported into BSS. Also, we have introduced a new column inside the tool called Not Imported Subscriptions and its main purpose is to display the existing subscriptions of the end customer in the Microsoft Partner Center, that do not exist in our BSS platform. Therefore, the tool instead of comparing the subscriptions between the BSS platform and the MPC platform, it checks if there is at least one Not Imported Subscription, and if there is, it enables the checkbox on the left-hand side of the table row, so that the specific customer's new subscriptions in MPC can become available for import into the BSS via the tool. 

This release, allows for even more localization options. More specifically, you can now localize the assets' custom fields by navigating to BSS > Setup > Billing > Assets > Custom Fields > and clicking on the related instance to select the custom field that you wish to localize. Then, under the Field Details tab, from the upper right drop-down button, you can choose the language you wish to provide the translation to, and by choosing it, you can fill in the Name field for that language. Lastly, you should click on the Save button for the localization change to occur.

With this release we have introduced an improvement on the automatic pricing mechanism that retrieves the new prices from Microsoft during the renewal of New Commerce Experience (NCE) subscriptions. More specifically, in case the automatic pricing mechanism fails to retrieve the prices from Microsoft automatically for the first time, then it retries ten (10) more times; one each day, and usually the issue is alleviated almost always.
In the upcoming releases, we will introduce a complementary informative ribbon that will notify the BSS admin user of the unlikely event where the ten retries also fail, so as to take further actions.
