Standard Edition Resellers can Resell Products with Special Prices

Standard Edition Resellers can now resell products at special prices assigned to specific their end-customers. After the special prices are set for listed products and your specific end customers purchase/checkout one such product, our systems (BSS & Storefront) will display , an end customer can view and purchase these products with the special price set and not the default one. The same logic in terms of pricing is applied to the invoice(s) upon their generation. Additionally, the following relative features are introduced to both our platforms:

Orders for products with Special Prices

  • Subscriptions of products with Special Prices are now visible in both BSS and Storefront.

    • Assets of products/licenses with Special Prices are now visible in both BSS and Storefront

    the Resellers and their End-Customers on all Orders, Subscriptions and Assets.

    Therefore, with this new functionality, Resellers at the Standard Edition can:

    - Build a customer-centric commercial policy for their product offerings.

    - Publish products at their Marketplace, displaying the correct price to each customer.

    - Depict any special pricing agreement made with a customer.

    - Offer their customers the valued autonomy to place orders from the Storefront, having the correct price.

    - Reduce calls and emails (thus time) for communicating with a customer about the price of a product.

    “Installment Plan Summary” Feature is Available for Billing Plans

    A new feature called Installment Plan Summary is introduced with this release to the subscriptions in BSS that have a Billing Plan (installments). With this feature, BSS users can overview the plan installments on any subscription with a billing plan. This overview consists of the number of Installments, Invoiced installments, Remaining installments, and the upcoming Invoice Date and Invoice Amount.
