| For enabling the annual billing option for your Microsoft products, you need to do enable both the billing cycle in your BSS and to activate the annual provisioning option in Microsoft Cloud Services settings. |
Enable the Annual Billing Cycle
You must first enable the annual billing cycle in your BSS:
- Navigate to BSS > Setup > Billing > Products > Unit Groups
- Open the Recurring Charge unit group
- Select the Annually unit and enable the options "Is Active" and "Enable for Ordering"
Enable the Provisioning of Annual Subscriptions Option
This option is in the setting page of the Microsoft Cloud Services:
- Navigate to BSS > Setup > Administration > System Options > Applications Setup > Microsoft Cloud Services Settings
- Enable the option Provisioning of Annual Subscriptions

What happens if I don't enable this option? If you don't enable this option our system will always provision monthly subscriptions in partner center even if the subscription in BSS has been defined to be billed annually. This is useful for partners who wish to continue to bill annual subscriptions to their customer but to be billed monthly from Microsoft for these subscriptions. |
