The ordering process for a BitTitan asset is similar to the process of any other cloud application. The synchronized reseller customer/partner can select any of the BitTitan Asset products that his distributor published in the Storefront and add it to the basket.

Please know that:

  1. The BitTitan systems will only allow orders from resellers for their everyone (direct customers, resellers, and end-customers).  The However, the distributor has to first synchronized the customer/partner (reseller) with BitTitan, since BitTitan doesn't support automatic account creation during provisioning. 
  2. As a result of the first rule, orders from direct customers of the distributor or from resellers for personal usage, are not permitted from BitTitan.
  3. Also, the BitTitan service manager supports Tier 2 reselling policy, meaning that the credentials set on BitTitan during the account creation will be those set in the Account Synchronization on BSS. 
  4. Orders or asset cannot be cancelled, Orders of such assets can be canceled, but cannot be suspended or amended in any form or manner from the interworks.cloud BSS.
  5. You will be able to view all the Licenses within a Coupon Code executed for all your resellers both on the interworks.cloud BSS and also on your BitTitan Portal.
  6. After the Coupon Code is redeemed or expired, it will be visible only on our systems and not on BitTitan's systems.


Account Synchronization Prior to Ordering


On our system, there is the "Account Synchronization" for BitTitan. The distributor needs to synchronize the reseller's BSS  customers/partners BSS account in order to proceed to a successful asset creation for the reseller's end-customer(s), for both Storefront and BSS orders. The required fields located on On the BSS "Account Synchronization" are the "Email Address" and the "Password" which are essentially the reseller's email and password that uses in BitTitan.Image Removedall that needs to be done for an account's synchronization is for the Save & Synchronize button to be clicked.

Ordering from Storefront


When synchronized resellers log customers/partners log in to the Storefront, they can purchase BitTitan assets for themselves or their end-customers by adding them to the basket. BitTitan assets may be available to purchase either under a specific category or not.


By clicking on the product's name, resellers  customers/partners are redirected to the product's overview page in Storefront.


By selecting the "Add to Basket" button, resellers  customers/partners will be redirected to the My Basket page which is the first step of the checkout.
Here, resellers they can increase the Quantity of the licenses they wish to order for that particular product, review the Total payable amount, and define a friendly name for the asset they are about to order.

Then the resellers they must choose the end-customer or create a new one, for whom the order is created, and proceed by clicking on "Checkout" button. 


Afterwards, on the next step of the ordering process, the Billing information is presented as well as the billing contact for verification purposes.


The order will be completed after all the Ordering steps are passed. 

Upon the final Checkout, the following process will be executed:

  1. A new asset (one-off) record will be created in our BSS.
  2. The invoice for the order is generated.
  3. The license(s) the reseller customer/partner purchased for the asset are assigned to a BitTitan Coupon Code.
  4. A "Welcome Notification Email" is dispatched from BSS to the resellerorder's end-customerrecipient, containing the BitTitan portal link as well as the BitTitan coupon code that he can redeem in order to utilize the purchased licenses via the BitTitan's portal by registering an account
