Since it is time-consuming and costly to support your customer and switch between platforms for some user-management tasks while at the same time keeping track of those platforms, we we have introduced a capability for the Resellers and the End-customers with which they can manage their customers' as well as their own Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions right from the Storefront. They are able to create and remove Office 365 users, assign and deassign licenses to those users, remove licenses from users, reset passwords, and much morethe management of Office 365 end users from the workspace section of our Storefront. This new capability will be available both to your indirect resellers (if you are an indirect CSP) and to your direct customers (if you are a direct CSP).

What's coming? The first edition of the Office 365 Users Management includes the crcreation of a new Office 365 end-user and the ability to assign / de-assign Office 365 and Dynamics licenses to these users.
