Introduction
Follow this article in order to enable/disable MFA for tenantsSecurity is one of the key pillars of Interworks.cloud. With MFA we raise the security level. So, we have activated the MFA for all our organizations and below is the activation/deactivation process.
Step 1 - Login in to tenants portal
After you login in to tenants portal select “Account Security“ sectionHaving successfully log in to the targeted tenant , navigate to Account security.

Step 2 - Enable MFA
Click Enable and scan the provided QR code with your an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc).

In order to disable the MFA authentication press the Disable button.
